1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of maazaia.com and any form, document or communication you submit through it. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.
The website is operated by Maazaia, a manpower and recruitment business registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Permitted use
You may use this website to learn about our services, contact us, and submit an enquiry or application. You may not:
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person;
- harvest, scrape or bulk-extract content, contact details or candidate information;
- attempt to bypass security controls, including the CAPTCHA on our forms, or test the site's vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- upload malware, or files that are not a genuine CV or supporting document;
- use the website or our name to advertise, recruit or solicit for another business;
- use any content here to train a model or build a competing database without our written consent.
3. Services are subject to a separate agreement
Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, indicative timelines and any figures shown are for information only. Manpower supply, recruitment, payroll and visa services are provided only under a signed written agreement that sets out scope, rates, duration, replacement terms and liability. Where these terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.
Quotations we issue in response to a website enquiry are indicative until confirmed in writing, and remain subject to availability, visa quota, government approvals and medical clearance.
4. Jobseekers and applications
- We do not charge candidates. Maazaia never requests any fee, deposit, commission or payment from a jobseeker, at any stage, in the Kingdom or abroad. Our fees are paid by employers.
- Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement, or any obligation on us to respond to or progress an application.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you submit. Falsified certificates, licences or identity documents will end the application and may be reported to the relevant authority or client.
- By submitting an application you consent to us processing your data and presenting you to prospective employers as described in the privacy policy.
- Employment offered through Maazaia is governed by the Saudi Labour Law and the signed employment contract, not by this website.
Beware of fraud. We only contact candidates from an @maazaia.com email address. If anyone offers you a Maazaia job in exchange for payment, it is a scam. Report it to info@maazaia.com.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its text, layout, graphics, source code and the Maazaia name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected under the laws of the Kingdom. You may view, download and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other reproduction, republication, framing or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
Content you submit remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a licence to use, store, reproduce and disclose it for the purposes described in the privacy policy, including presenting your CV to prospective employers.
6. Third-party services and links
The website relies on third parties, including Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection and Google Maps for our location, and may link to external sites such as government platforms. We do not control third-party content or services, do not endorse them by linking to them, and accept no responsibility for them. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
7. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from error, or that content is complete or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
Statistics, credentials and service descriptions are indicative. Where a figure matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability arising from use of the website is limited to SAR 1,000. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. Do not submit personal data about other people unless you are authorised to do so, and do not submit sensitive data that a role does not require.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from the website or these terms falls to the competent courts and judicial committees of the Kingdom, with the courts of Riyadh having jurisdiction. Employment disputes fall to the Labour Courts under the Saudi Labour Law. Data protection complaints may be raised with SDAIA as described in the privacy policy.
The Arabic version of these terms prevails in the event of any inconsistency with the English version.
11. Changes and contact
We may amend these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. The version and date at the top identify the current text, and continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance.
Questions about these terms: info@maazaia.com.
